Lisa B. Baird is a Director of Talent Management and Strategy for Taconic Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Taconic, she was a partner with two global executive search firms, Russell Reynolds Associate and Spencer Stuart. Before working in executive search, Ms. Baird was a senior research analyst with Greenwich Associates and Cerulli Associates. She also worked in strategic marketing for Fidelity Investments. Prior to this, she was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company in the financial services practice. Ms. Baird began her career as an investment banking analyst with Goldman Sachs. She received a JD degree from Harvard Law School and an AB from Princeton University in public policy with a concentration in economics. Ms. Baird is pleased to be serving on the Board of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation as she is the mother of a child with cerebral palsy and is committed to improving the lives of individuals and families impacted by this condition.
